Book Review - Don't Sweat the Small Stuff
Cozy afternoon vibes captured with a comforting read, "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff," resting on a soft, grey blanket by the window.

Book Review - Don’t sweat the small stuff and it’s all small stuff by Richard Carlson

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Read below for my five takeaways from this book.

💫 Gentle, relaxed people can be super achievers - When you have inner peace, you are less distracted by desires, wants, needs, concerns and can focus, concentrate, achieve goals and give back to others.☮️

💫 Life isn’t an emergency - We often turn little things into big emergencies, often take our goals seriously and forget to have fun along the way. It’s important to admit that most of the times we create our own emergencies and life will usually go on even if things don’t go as planned.❌

💫 Set aside quiet time, everyday - We often feel rejuvenated and peaceful in absolute silence and complete solitude, giving us the time to reflect or simply enjoy the silence. Spending 10 minutes of meditation, yoga, time with nature is vital part of life and helps balance the noice that infiltrates our day.🧘‍♀️

💫 Practice being in the eye of the ‘human’ storm - The specific spot in the centre remains peaceful, despite violence and turbulence surrounding it. You can practice being peaceful, breathe, listen, let others enjoy the glory and

once you master this you’ll enjoy yourself more than ever.🌪️

💫 Don’t sweat the small stuff- Try live each day as if it was your last on this earth, and by this it does not mean you become reckless or abandon your responsibilities but truly learn to cherish and remember how precious life really is.✨
