The Art Of Change Leadership (Book Review)

Book Review - The art of change leadership by Cheryl Cran
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Read below for my five takeaways from this book.
💫 Who is responsible for leading change - Everyone - is responsible for change leadership. Understand that being a leader of change is very different than being a reactor to change.👫
💫 The WOW approach- To shift the focus of strategic planning to areas where there is more energy, try the wow analysis - working, opportunities and whats next.🤹♀️
💫 Holocracy model - Is a shared leadership model. It is a self organizing model where teams share leadership and everyone is accountable for team results.⚖️
💫 Four levels of leadership awareness - This model helps increase awareness about the level you may be at and to be able to shift to the next level.
* Personal - the thoughts are low energy and the language is condescending, critical and judgmental.
* Blame - there is a feeling of powerlessness and the language is accusatory and defensive.
* Learn - there is a huge energy release and you are more aware, acknowledge the power to choose, accept the realities and be focused on being a learner than a victim.
* Share - at this level you have recognized the immense energy available when you collaborate, share ideas and resources.🔺
💫 Uber adaptor - Apart from building your self awareness and personal change strategies, an important factor when leading change is the ability to connect and relate to others at the highest level possible.🔁
