Overview
Track is a personal AI product that brings together the different disciplines of product management into a reasoning system.
Rather than relying on one generic AI assistant, Track is built around specialized product thinking systems - each focused on a different aspect of the product lifecycle. Whether the challenge is understanding users, prioritizing features, writing requirements, planning a launch, or evaluating investment decisions, Track approaches each problem through the lens of that discipline.
The goal isn't to automate product management.
It's to create better thinking, clearer decisions, and more structured execution.
Why I Built It
Over the years, I've realized that product management isn't a single skill.
It's a collection of disciplines that require different ways of thinking.
Research requires curiosity.
Prioritization requires trade-offs.
Strategy requires context.
Go-to-market planning requires alignment.
Financial planning requires business judgment.
Switching between these mental models is part of the job, but it also creates friction.
As AI became increasingly capable, I wanted to build something that could reason through product problems the way experienced product teams do.
Track is my attempt at building that product.
What's Next
Track is an evolving product.
As I continue learning, building, and working on new product challenges, I'll continue expanding Track with additional reasoning systems, improving existing ones, and refining how different disciplines connect with one another.
In many ways, Track is becoming a living representation of my own approach to product management.
It grows as I grow.
